TIP.LIVE is a Ukrainian-British company headquartered in London. We design and build the TIP tracking label, a single-use cellular label that follows cargo door to door, through every carrier and border, so that nobody has to ask where their shipment is.
Why TIP exists
TIP.LIVE was founded by Andrii Tkachuk, who has spent more than 19 years building and running international logistics companies in different parts of the world. Through all of that time the biggest problem in logistics has stayed the same: visibility. Knowing where your cargo is and what is happening to it. The question customers ask most often is simply “Where is my cargo?”
That question is why, in 2025, we started developing our own tracking label: one that would make every cargo digital.
Three principles behind the label
- Reliable
- It has to show a location in most situations: inside trucks, containers and warehouses, not only under open sky.
- Affordable
- It has to cost little enough for every shipment and every customer, not only for high-value cargo.
- Simple
- It has to work for customers and for the people who pack and send their cargo, with nothing to learn and no account needed to activate it.
Built on these three principles, the TIP tracking label went from an idea to series production.
Built from scratch, in-house
The label was designed from zero by our own team. Every step, from the hardware and its firmware to the platform and the move to series production, was developed in-house and is controlled by our team.
Before series production we ran more than 1,000 tests on over 100 labels, in different conditions and in different countries.

Hardware and firmware developers, platform and back-end developers, engineers, a commercial team, a marketing team and the people who keep labels moving to customers. We are a Ukrainian-British startup with the company registered in London and customers worldwide.
