Getting labels to the right place
Buying labels and dispatching them are separate steps. After purchase, create a Dispatch with the receiver's address. If needed, share a private link so the receiver can provide their own delivery details.
Delivery is charged per dispatch, not at purchase: when you set up a dispatch you pick a delivery option for its destination and pay for it then. The price depends on the destination and the number of labels in the dispatch. The indicative rate for your country:
- United Statesfrom $17 for up to 10 labels, +$2 per further 10 · delivery in 3 days
Other destinations are priced the same way when you set up the dispatch. Where no delivery option is offered, confirm availability, timing and any charges with us before ordering. Cellular network coverage and delivery eligibility are different.
Prices are shown in USD, GBP or EUR depending on where you are, and you pay in the currency shown at checkout. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout for UK and EU customers; a VAT invoice is available on the order page after payment. Confirm the final amount, delivery arrangements and any applicable import requirements for your destination before payment.

Returns and larger orders
Defective labels are eligible for replacement or refund. Unused, sealed labels can be refunded within 30 days of purchase under the published terms. Activated labels are single-use and are not refundable.
